Here is what RSVP tracking looks like part-way through, roughly six weeks before a wedding.
A tracker at the halfway point
Out of 87 invitations sent: 52 attending, 9 tentative, 7 declined, 19 not yet replied. The number that matters is not 52 — it is 52 plus some share of the 9 and the 19. That is why the tentatives get resolved before the caterer’s cut-off.
What each row holds
- Name and how you know them
- Attending, tentative or declined
- Whether a plus-one is coming, and who
- Any dietary requirement
- The message they left you
What you do with it
The 19 non-repliers become your reminder list. The dietary requirements go to the caterer. The confirmed guests populate your seating chart. One form for the guest, three outputs for you.

No. This is a walkthrough of what the product produces. TislitEvent is not a spreadsheet or a printable file — guests reply through a link and the tracking updates itself.
Do guests see each other’s replies?
No. Each guest only sees their own form. The tracking view is yours alone.
Can I chase people from here?
The list separates out everyone who has not replied, so you can send one collective reminder instead of messaging people individually.
