It is the only contact channel for the service, before and after your purchase. Everything is in writing: you keep a record of your request, and we of our answer.
What you can ask us
- Before ordering: what the price covers, what your guests will see, choosing a design.
- While you prepare: editing your invitation, guest replies, dietary requirements, the seating chart, the guest book.
- After the wedding: ordering the printed guest book and following its delivery.
- Your account: access, correction, erasure or export of your personal data.
- A complaint, an invoice, a legal question.
How long it takes
Every complaint sent to contact@tislitevent.com is acknowledged, then answered within a reasonable time and no later than thirty days. That undertaking is set out in article 21 of our general terms.
